Saint Anthony was born in Portugal and devoted his life to the Church. He was a gifted teacher and people came from far away to hear him speak. He is often pictured with the baby Jesus in his arms because the Christ Child came to him in a vision.
Saint Anthony is also the Patron Saint of Lost items. His feast day is June 13th.
