Ballymaloe is one of the world's foremost cooking schools, located in the rolling green countryside of East Cork, Ireland.

It is also one of my goals to someday spend a week there and take in the entire culinary experience as well as eat some great food. The closest we have ever come was meeting Myrtle Allan’s grandson at a café in County Cork and having a great conversation with him regarding his families breads, soups and other wonderful dishes.

All Ballymaloe products are made from 100% natural ingredients. The family believes that great food is founded on using the freshest and best local ingredients.
